If you require a VAT invoice, please inform us about it and provide us with all the necessary details before making an advance payment.
The VAT invoice for companies or organizations can be issued no later than 7 days after the money has reached our account.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
cancellations of more than 48 hours notice of the planned arrival date will
not be charged.
NO-SHOW, LATE CANCELLATION
In case of a guest's no-show or late cancellation, the hostel has the right to charge his/her credit card for the total of the first night's accommodation
and cancel the reservation for the remaining nights.
Attention! Submitting the reservation means the acceptance of Hostel Deco's rules and regulations.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION LETTER FOR THE EMBASSY:
Booking confirmation letter for the Embassy will be prepared and sent only after the total cost of visa applicant's stay at Hostel Deco has been paid. In the event of making changes to such a reservation or booking cancellation the amout of money paid to Hostel Deco for accommodation will not be returned. Booking confirmation letter wait for the Embassy is 24 hours.
